Welcome to Central Pole Dance, one of Scotlands longest standing and most highly reputable pole studios. We are the ultimate safe space for empowerment, physical & mental wellbeing, body confidence and self acceptance. We have seen hundreds of people start/continue their pole journey with us, and our "come as you are" policy means we welcome people of all shapes and sizes, backgrounds, genders, fitness levels and have no upper age limit. We pride ourselves on offering an inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to thrive, and become the best version of themselves. Our 3 instructors have a combined total of over 20 years teaching experience, so you can be rest assured you are in safe and knowledgable hands with us.
OUR SPACE
Our bright, clean, spacious studio is the ultimate training space for any pole dancer, new or experienced. With our huge 4.7 metre X-Poles, the sky really is the limit. We hate restrictions, and like to think that the possibilities are endless in our studio. If you are looking for a space where the progress never ends, we may well just be the place for you.
